Cancellation & Change Order Instructions
If your order is eligible for changes or cancellation, please follow the simple instructions below. Eligability requirements and policy details can be found in our Help Center.
- All order cancellation and change requests must be sent to changes@nationalbarstool.com for review.
- Immediately after you send your request, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. (This acts as a time-stamp receipt for your records.) If you don’t receive this email within 5 minutes of sending your request, please check your SPAM folder. If you still don’t see it, please call us us or start a chat session, so we can verify that your request has been received.
- After we determine the eligability of your change or cancellation request, one of our team members will contact you within 2 business days or less to let you know if we were able to honor your request or not.
