Cancellation & Change Order Instructions

If your order is eligible for changes or cancellation, please follow the simple instructions below. Eligability requirements and policy details can be found in our Help Center.

  1. All order cancellation and change requests must be sent to changes@nationalbarstool.com for review.
  2. Immediately after you send your request, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. (This acts as a time-stamp receipt for your records.) If you don’t receive this email within 5 minutes of sending your request, please check your SPAM folder. If you still don’t see it, please call us us or start a chat session, so we can verify that your request has been received.
  3. After we determine the eligability of your change or cancellation request, one of our team members will contact you within 2 business days or less to let you know if we were able to honor your request or not.
